In accordance with the powers delegated by sub-section 1 of section ii of the Entertainment Tax Money Ordinance Act, levy of entertainment tax for the year 2023 as shown below from the payments made for admission to an entertainment activity held in the areas within the administrative limits of Tissamaharama local government Council.

• Imposing an entertainment tax of seven point five percent (7.5%) for a film show that is screened after collecting money from the viewers.
• Imposition of a tax of twenty percent (20%) on music shows or any other entertainments conducted by collecting a fee.
